I would love to become an MSF instructor in a couple years. I think it would be a rewarding experience, as well as help get more competent riders on the road.

Go for it. You sound like you would make a good rider coach. It's definatly a fun and rewarding job. There are long hours of work and being on your feet, but I wouldn't change it for the world.

Thanks a lot man. I'd like to get some more general seat time, especially on the street, since that's what the MSF is intended for mostly. A lot of my riding thus far has been either performance oriented street riding or track. And I don't mind hard work and long days if it's doing something I love... and I love motorcycling. Also, seeing a new rider's attitude as they discover their new addiction in your course has GOT to bring a smile to your face.

exactly my mind set. even if it's only to be a range helper, it'd be nice to help show people how to do it the right way instead of just preach that they go. |
