The Yamaha site's down and I can't get see the diagram of the wheel, so I gots questions.
Do the wheels have races that the bearings go in, like a some car's rotors? Reason I ask is because I got a spare set of wheels for the track and I'm wondering if I could just swap the bearings from the set that's on my bike to the set that will be going on my bike, ya dig?

Hope this helps. I didn't know what year or specific model your R6 is but you'll get the idea:
http://www.bikebandit.com/houseofmot...-2006/o/m10342 There's diagrams of the wheels with bearings.

most of the time they are pressed into the wheels or hubs.
Here's what I got on the chop. I inspected mine when I had the wheels off. You can see the green synthetic grease still in there. ![]() Then lubed with some mobil 1 syn grease ![]() |
